Cas is a dynamic and multifaced performer with over 15 years of experience, blending the high-energy artistry of hip-hop and breakdancing with the precision and athleticism of gymnastics. Known for their explosive power, advanced moves, and captivating stage presence, Cas has made a name for themselves as a versatile and boundary-pushing artist. Skilled in choreography interpretation, tumbling, strength & conditioning, and flexibility training, Cas is recognised for delivering enchanting performances and contributing to innovative productions.

Cas began their journey as a gymnast at Cardiff Central Youth Club (CCYC) at the age of 9, mastering skills that laid the foundation for their breakdancing and hip-hop career. A former British Uneven Bar Champion, Cas culminated in numerous accolades, including:

· British Championships in Liverpool (2017).

· Welsh Championships (Senior Category, 2017): 4th all-round, 3rd on Uneven Bars.

· Welsh Championships (Junior Category, 2016): 4th place all-round, 2nd on Floor, 2nd on Vault.

· Welsh Championships (Junior Category, 2015): 6th place all-round.

Inspired by the raw energy and creativity of urban dance, they later immersed themselves in the hip-hop and Commercial Dance culture, training under Leighton Rees Milan and Jesse Thornton at Wales Academy of Voice and Dramatic Arts. Their unique fusion of gymnastics and dance quickly garnered attention, leading to opportunities to perform alongside Pixie Perez in Pride Cymru 2024 and her 25th Anniversary Show, where they amazed audience with gravity-defying flips, intricate movements, and seamless choreography. Additionally, Cas collaborated with Gabriel Jusme, performing as a background dancer for his music video “Everything Blue”.

Aside from performing, Cas is passionate about sharing their craft as a dance teacher and gymnastics coach. They have led classes that inspire students to explore the intersection of strength, rhythm, and creativity. Whether dazzling on stage, in music videos, or at live events, Cas continues to push boundaries and redefine what’s possible within the worlds of dance and gymnastics, eager to inspire audiences and collaborate on artistic projects.
